Is it really a one-off payment?
Yes. £49 once, no subscription, no auto-renewal. Your payment is processed once and the card details are not stored by us. The included tools and any tools we add later are yours forever.
What's the refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days of purchase if you've used fewer than 3 invoice analyses. After 3 analyses we consider the product has delivered value. Refunds process automatically back to your card in 5–10 working days. Email hello@familystack.co.uk to request — no questions asked within the window.
What's included in the £49?
Invoice analyser (12 analyses included), dispute letter generator (free for all paid users; each disputed invoice can produce as many letters as you need across three tone variants), salary optimiser, council and Local Government Ombudsman escalation letters, and every future childcare tool we build. Plus all the free-tier features.
What if I need more than 12 invoice analyses?
Top-up at £1 per analysis. Bought in packs of 5 (£5). Top-up analyses never expire — they sit on your account until you use them. Most parents need 2–4 analyses per year so the included 12 lasts a typical family 3 years.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. £49 covers the tools. We never sell data, we don't run ads, we don't have premium add-ons beyond the top-up packs. The only money you'd spend beyond £49 is the optional £1-per-analysis top-up if you run out.
Do I lose access if I don't use it?
No. Full Access doesn't expire. Sign in anytime to use the tools. Your data (household details, past analyses, dispute history) persists indefinitely unless you delete your account.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Card details are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider and never stored on our servers.
What if my card payment fails?
The checkout shows the failure reason and lets you retry or use a different card. Common causes: insufficient funds, 3D Secure verification failure, or your bank flagging the transaction. No partial charge — either you pay £49 and get access, or nothing happens.
Is the calculator free if I don't pay?
Yes. The childcare calculator, term-start dates, and all reminder emails are free forever and don't need any payment. The £49 only unlocks the paid tools.
Can I gift it to someone?
Not currently — Full Access is tied to the email used at purchase. We may add gifting in a future release.
